Last night’s BAFTA TV Awards provided plenty of chic celebrity red-carpet fashion, and, among the famous faces descending on London’s Royal Festival Hall were Kate Winslet and her daughter, Mia Threapleton, who wore sweetly co-ordinating ensembles. The pair dressed in matching monochrome dresses; Kate wore an asymmetric black dress with black court heels, while her daughter opted for a halterneck jumpsuit with a nude waist detail. Prince Harry’s Dior suit he wore for the Coronation could have been a rebellious move as he and Meghan Markle made a deal with the brand, experts claim today. At a reception for overseas coronation guests last night, one look in particular caught the eye of style watchers: that of Queen Letizia of Spain, who paid tribute to British fashion and wore a slinky, lime green ruched-front dress by Victoria Beckham.
